SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

 

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Once your order is delivered we will provide you with a tracking number. This is to ensure a successful delivery. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 regulations put in place by Canada Post it is not possible to deliver a package and collect a signature to confirm the delivery, therefore, your order will be left at your front door. It will be your responsibility ensure that you collect and pick it up from your door.

 

PICK-UP

 

When your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email. All orders can be picked up at 467 Edgeley Blvd Unit 15 Concord, ON L4K 4E9. Pick-up's are available between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

 

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns for opened products.
